Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

Gong.io is being used by the inside sales team in the organization. A total of seven salespeople are using a combination of outreach and Gong.io.

The primary reason we chose Gong.io was to streamline the process of feedback and progress. So far, this has helped us generate 17% higher opportunity per sales rep and 9% more closures.

  • Make the feedback process easier for the managers or coaches
  • Call or demo analysis

  • UI/UX looks a bit confusing at times
  • The ability to integrate with more dialers
