Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
We use gong for every customer-facing Zoom call. Allows us to concentrate on talking to the customer and not worry about notes...then go back and listen to the call and make sure we have everything captured correctly. plus the ability to go at 1.5-2x speeds really helps out.
- Skips between speakers very well.
- Captures and categorizes terms and key words.
- Ability to fast forward or listen at 1.5-2x speeds.
- The UI is fairly easy to use, but could use some updating.
- Recording customer-facing conversations.
- Ability to listen to others calls.
- Training and learning.
- Has allowed us to ramp up very quickly and get AE's into the field faster.
