Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
I’ve used Google Forms to collect information from clients and team members. I most recently helped a client set up a Google Forms to collect information on refunds and charge backs so that they could collect more granular data, and qualify the refund and charge back requests in real time.
Pros
- Pricing - free
- Usability
- Connection to other Google products
Cons
- Customization for the form itself
- Whitelabeling for the form
- Survey functionality
- It doesn’t provide direct ROI, but fills the spaces of needs that need to be filled
- Google Forms provides enhancements across the board that allows the business to keep customers happy, thus maybe increasing LTV
Google Forms is the low cost, easy to use option. In reality, this positions Google Forms as truly a unique product. The only instance where Google Forms doesn’t apply is when you need to source respondents or need to conduct live interviews. But, Google Forms is the best for quick surveys and forms.
