Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

GoTo Connect allowed us to disconnect from expensive local telco companies such as AT&T. Instead of having to deal with multiple local contracts, I now only have one phone system to manage. Utilization of the cloud allows us to keep our hardware requirements for the local sites to a minimum as well. What once involved VPN connections and hardware at the local site now only requires an internet connection.

Communication could be better about dealing with a local telco. If not familiar with the process could use a little more hand-holding at the beginning on how to get local telco companies to work with you. Once you are familiar with telecom and all the hoops the local telecom companies make you jump through the support GoTo provides on their product side is perfect.
Little to no issues with call quality.

GoTo Connect works best for small remote sites as well as larger sites. For us, we have not found a scenario that does not work. Time to set up a new site can be done in under 30 days, including receiving hardware.

Using GoTo Connect

From a desk phone, softphone the product works great. I could use some more advanced features on the PBX side but what is missing from the PBX are options that most people will not need.

Upgrading GoTo Connect

Yes - I wanted to replace the Cisco Call Manager due to costs. We were able to get GoTo Connect to do all of the things that we needed at a much cheaper cost.
