Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

GoTo Connect allows me to hold meetings with individuals across my organization. As a franchise office, sometimes we need to meet with other offices across the US. GoTo Connect allows us to easily facilitate those meetings and brings robust tools to enhance our meeting experience. GoTo Connect tis easy to use and makes having long distance meetings a breeze!

Cons

  • Limited analytics for some features
  • Reliability issues with the mobile app
  • Missing features in base plan options
  • Reduced cost for phone system we previously had
  • Better integrations with current tech stack for increased productivity
  • Feature rich system to handle our needs with room to grow
Implementation was very simple. Number porting, phone setup, admin settings, etc. were very easy to do. Having dedicated customer service support was helpful through the process and made things go very smoothly. We had no real issues setting anything up. The process was very straightforward and our representative was very helpful.
We believe that this was our experience. We may not use all of the feature that GoTo Connect currently has, but it is a very feature packed system. We really enjoy being able to be seamlessly connected to our team weather we are in the office or on the go. This system makes running business communication very simple.
The 2 systems are quite comparable. Both system offer a variety of different features and benefits. I feel like the GoTo Connect system was more easily configured. The admin settings side of RingEX can be daunting and a little confusing. Some features are hard to find whereas in GoTo Connect they are more easily found and easier to change or adjust. Overall, they are very similar but I found GoTo Connect easier to setup and implement.

GoTo Connect has been a great program to use for many years. We used to use it solely for webinar hosting but over time it has evolved into a robust phone system that we can use to integrate across multiple systems to be able to be connected almost anywhere we are. They are constantly updating the program and features to keep up with new technology.
