Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Connect for our customer service and our support engineer assist them over incoming and outgoing phone calls. GoTo Connect assist us for one solution for our support call, video conference and remote sharing soltuion. Its the one of the cloud telephoney system, as an organization looked for all in one solution. Our main scope is to use cloud based telephone solution.

GoTo Connect reduced the support engineers to jump between multiple application for operational support. It helped as unified solution which provided remote meeting with screen sharing and VOIP support for the remote users. So far it has been delivering great tool experience to the tool admin for generating the call report and support engineer availability.
As a support engineer, I have used mutilple application like MS Team, Cisco webex, Zoom, Bomgar for assisting customers. But challanges with those application are they doen't provide unified solutions. Some feature available one and not in other. Go to meeting provided every thing in one application, which stands tall compare to its peers.

We were using traditional on-prim unified communication system for phone customer support and different application for remote sharing, messaging. GoTo Connect enabled us to move to cloud based unified solution for Telephone, Video conference, remote sharing and messaging solution.It also providing us a great remote screen assistance for support engineers.
