Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

GoTo Connect facilitates remote collaboration. This is especially valuable for our company with dispersed teams and adopting remote work arrangements, allowing employees to communicate effectively regardless of their physical location. In addition, we reduced costs associated with traditional phone systems and hardware as the pay-as-you-go model and centralized management contribute to cost-effectiveness inside our organization.

Based on our existing IT infrastructure, integrating GoTo Connect with our other business applications / systems wasn't overly complex. We did not encounter challenges in achieving seamless workflows and data synchronization even with stringent security and compliance requirements within our organization. Regular updates and maintenance are important to us for keeping the system secure and up-to-date with the latest features and we appreciate that the provider actively maintains and improves their VoIP solution.
Featuring a single administration interface vastly simplified our IT management tasks, such as user provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting. Our IT administrators benefit from having a centralized hub for managing various communication aspects. The consistent user interface across different communication modes contributes to a cohesive user experience, reducing the learning curve for our users switching between communication channels.
We were looking for a comprehensive solution that consolidates communication channels and GoTo Connect aims to be an all-in-one system, offering phones, meetings, and messaging within a unified platform. GoTo Connect is also part of the LogMeIn suite, and we already use other LogMeIn products therefore we had seamless integration across our communication and collaboration tools.

SMBs with a need for a comprehensive yet easy-to-use communication solution often find GoTo Connect suitable as its scalability allows them to start with essential features and expand as their communication needs grow. Personally, we like the features as call routing, voicemail-to-email, and integration with our customer relationship management systems. This enhances the customer interactions and our support workflows.
