Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Connect for our VOIP phone system and are very pleased with the voice quality, reliability, cost and service. My business partner and I use GoTo Connect for remote access of our office computers, which is also a good value, very reliable and exceptionally fast (data rate fast).

  • Excellent customer service (when rarely needed)
  • High-quality internet-based systems
  • 100% reliable...never had any failures
  • Very secure from data management standpoint
  • I would like flexibility on billing - now set as auto-pay only on company credit card. We would like to pay by check or ACH.
  • Better integration of GoTo Meeting, which we also use (and like)
  • Better broad-plan pricing (like 'bundling') when we use multiple platforms as we do - and simplified billing
  • To connect to my office computer remotely has been a game-changer, enabling me to access programs, server-based files, etc. from my laptop anywhere.
  • We do not work-from-home typically; but on rare occasion that an illness, recovery from surgery or other circumstances keep us away from the office, GoTo Connect keeps us connected to the office in every way.
  • GoTo Connect allows us to better manage software utilization and installation - as there is no need to install my office-based software on my laptop - my office software effectively travels with me anywhere I take my laptop.
No - and importantly, no insight really required. GoTo's products are inherently intuitive, easy to use and access.
100% satisfied. The world should work as well as GoTo Connect. GoTo Connect is a virtual telecommunication utopia.
We use Zoom and Teams only because of their prevalence among our clients and business partners. We find GoTo's products to be superior. That said, Zoom is pretty well thought-out from a calendar/inbox management standpoint. Teams is hard to use and lacks some simple features that could improve it somewhat.

GoTo Connect 'gets it' and offers diversified solutions that hit the mark every time. We are a small company and find the ease of use of each product great. I can only imagine how awesome GoTo Connect's tools would be in a medium- to large-business environment.
