Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

while working remotely, our team faced the challenge of connectivity along with the proper security to provide the support. With the help of the GOTO licensing, we were able to provide the production support along with the secure connectivity access. In terms of notification, we face issues, otherwise this is great platform in terms of the communication, call, automation etc.

In terms of the computer application, the Goto connect works fine on the desktop platforms providing the ability to communicate professionally in corporate. Looking at the mobile application it requires the improvement in various aspects, as sometimes the messages are unable to send, and the voice quality are not up to the mark sometime.
