Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We have been using GoTo since it was Jive, and we advise all of our clients to use it when they need to upgrade from an antiquated phone system to a contemporary VOIP system. They know a great deal about the things they sell. They helped me discover a solution or pointed me in the correct path even when there was no difficulty.I can use my cell phone to make and receive calls thanks to the system. I can use my cell phone as an extension of my school phone thanks to Go To. Anywhere I have cell service, I may use the all-call system to send and receive pages, answer and make calls, and leave voicemails.

GoTo Connect provide me a very good VoIP sytem. Video conferencing, Audio conferencing, Video screen sharing, Instant messaging all are very good. Some time we face a little bit lacking in video screen sharing but all over they are provide very good services. We give 10 point out of 10.
We use GoTo Connect as both our text messaging software and phone provider for dealing with our clients. It is essential to the success of our company. We use the text function, which lets us transmit and receive documents electronically, to communicate with our clients and potential clients dozens of times a day.
Zoom's feature set was far more constrained than GoTo Connect's. GoTo Connect offers a huge amount of complimentary add-ons. Another important area in which GoTo Connect has excelled is reliability. The extensive feature set is really helpful and will eventually bring additional value. This is one of GoTo Connect's main selling points.As someone who was constantly searching for methods to enhance teamwork and communication, I was drawn to GoTo Connect's remarkable 98.99% uptime.

GoToConnect is a powerful platform for correspondence. The user interface is straightforward, and installing the majority of clients only requires a small amount of preparation. GoTo Connect is an excellent choice for us because it's a reasonably priced solution that has all the necessary advanced capabilities that our company needs. GoTo Connect's high-quality calls and recording feature make it an excellent choice for offering customer care over the phone.
