Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use GoTo Connect to connect with our customers and for internal communication. Our organization provides advanced, full-service enterprise-grade data backup and disaster recovery solutions to companies of all sizes. GoTo Connect helps us to engage with our customers over SMS, webchat, email, surveys, etc. Recently, we developed IVR using Vonage APIs for Disaster Recover and Cyber Incident Response. We used GoTo Connect to develop and test IVR.

Improved Collaboration and seamless communication across channels has improved overall productivity and efficiency.
GoTo Connect serves the needs of medium-sized organizations like ours better than MS Teams. Its User Interface and call connectivity feel better than that of MS Teams. GoTo Connect was a better fit for our specific business needs, offering the right combination of telephony features, ease of use, and cost-effectiveness.
