Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

GoTo has helped our organization consolidate multiple phone systems in various locations into one dashboard. I am now able to customize and manage different sites and clinics within one dashboard. The simplicity of creating dial plans and setting schedules for different locations has improved call completion rates for our organization.
