GoTo is a business phone system that enables our call center to handle both incoming and outgoing calls, supporting our merchants in multiple countries worldwide.
Pros
- Basic call center functions like phone queues.
- Recording calls.
- Basic reporting.
- Basic Dashboard.
Cons
- The AI (this is a joke and does not work at all).
- Dashboard features such as alerts.
- As a basic phone system, VoIP works great and saves money compared to conventional phone systems.
- Its ease of use makes this something that can be deployed quickly and easily without requiring specialized phone system expertise.
The meeting systems are great for small meetings, but for larger meetings, especially video meetings, they can become laggy and choppy. Larger audio meetings can even have issues. The phone part of the system is solid and works well, with very few problems.
Honestly, we still need to use LogMeIn Rescue because of differences in use cases, and GoTo Meetings leaves a lot to be desired if you are trying to demonstrate how to use different features of Windows or Apple products.
