Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

GoTo Meeting is one of the comms tools used in our business, mainly to interact with third-party partners who are not using Microsoft Teams or Zoom (the most preferred comms tools otherwise). While GoTo Meeting is not our preferred service, it acts as a backup service and is used only when a third-party partner suggests the service to be used.

Personally, for me, Teams is the best tool available, followed by Zoom and Google Meet. Cisco Webex Desk Pro is similar to GoTo Meeting in my experience. While Cisco Webex Desk Pro was our go-to tool before Teams came in, can't really differentiate GoTo Meeting with any specific feature that's served best through them.

Currently, I don't really see a strong USP that GoTo Meeting has, not offered by other comms tools. In my opinion, Teams and Zoom are perhaps the best app-based services, while Google Meet would be the better web-based comms tool. Generally, it is a good tool but nothing special or unique about it.
