Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting

We use it for remote desktop and for remote support sessions with vendors for the IT department.

  • This purchase was a "No Brainer" it just fit into the vision and goals of the technology department and organization.

Zoom and GoToMeeting are very similar in product but GoToMeeting's history and reliability are the main reasons for us purchasing.
I use GoToMeeting for Mentoring DOT/CTO candidates and gives me flexibility in scheduling the meetings months out.
