Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use go GoToMeeting to record webinars, have meetings with clients that are in person, as well conference calls for internal training with remote employees. This product offers a multitude of customization as well as managers within it so that it can be used within every department at our marketing agency.

Allows you to customize your landing pages and URLs.
Helps with the automation of reminders, sign-ups, and cancellations.

Lots of details and places to update.
An upgrade is always available so you are always reinstalling.
Option for a prerecorded greeting.

Very easy to use and have used at multiple agencies.

Support Rating

I've never used the support but know that our IT team has. It was easy to set up and get using.

Alternatives Considered

UberConference

Calls always drop on UberConference and you cannot use it in the same capacity with personalization.

Likelihood to Recommend

GoToMeeting is one of the best in my opinion. There are a lot of free options out there but this one always works - unlike the others. No calls are ever dropped, sessions are always recorded, and it's easy to send a link afterward. There is a lot of updates so cloning the features or meetings might deem helpful.
