Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it across the organization and on occasion with outside participants for status calls, kickoff meetings, and client discussions. I have also used it as a participant in large group meetings with international speakers and callers on a personal basis.

Enables democratic participation in large groups with a facilitator; makes it possible to field and respond to questions in an orderly manner.
Easy online access from any location permits participation while traveling.

GoToMeeting is a user-friendly platform suitable for small team conferences or webinars with numerous attendees. Most participants are familiar with its features; newcomers easily manage the learning curve.
