Overall Satisfaction with GoToMeeting
Until recently, our team used GoToMeeting as our videoconferencing platform. I've always found it very easy to use, including audio/video settings and screen sharing. We have many team members working remotely in other states and countries, so it made our regular check-in meetings more accessible (vs having people just call in without the video component).
- Screen grab tool is very useful.
- A/V quality is typically reliable.
- Extra meeting features (like polling) would be nice.
- Tool use is restricted in video mode.
- Time saved emailing back and forth.
- Greater team collaboration in real time.
GoToMeeting is a solid basic option for remote meetings/teleconferencing. Although my team uses Zoom now, we had great experiences with GoToMeeting. I rarely if ever experienced poor video or audio quality, and I never heard my logistics team complain about GoToMeeting's functionality or support. All in all, a solid choice.
