Overall Satisfaction with GRIN

I use Grin every day for our influencer management program. We use affiliates through Grin as well as influencer gifted programs. So far, the product helps keep us organized and acts as a CRM tool for our influencers, and it’s nice that we can also email people through the platform and keep track of their content and codes. I love that it connects to Shopify.

Grin has the ability to send products through the platform and links directly to Shopify - this is why I picked it. My influencers can submit requests for products directly in the platform and I can fulfill the requests through Shopify in the platform.

For what we’re doing, and for creating a large-scale ongoing ambassador program, I really recommend the platform. I’d say it’s less useful for flat rate paid partnerships and is better suited for affiliate partnerships where there is an ongoing relationship and a commission. Flat rate partnerships are much harder to manage through Grin.
