Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used by our sales organization and it helps them with their campaign needs. Groove helps our sales reps reach out to their prospects and customers. It also helps record all engagement activities across three platforms - Groove, Salesforce, and Gmail. Groove also has great features like Actions which helps keep reps on top of their activities and Scheduler makes setting up meetings with prospects and customers so much easier!

  • Groove Analytics includes Campaign Statistics helping reps and managers understand which campaigns work best.
  • As an administrator, loading time is longer because of all the records that need to be loaded.
  • As I'm based in APAC and the support team is based in the US, response time takes a while.
  • Analytics would be better if we could customize/build reports within the app.

Groove is relatively very easy to navigate if one is familiar with marketing tools. For new users, it might be a tad confusing especially around the back end of the Flows (adding people and setting up automated actions).
For ActiveCampaign and Mailchimp, I was an end-user. Setting up campaigns was confusing and clunky. Groove makes setting up campaigns way easier and smoother.

Groove works well for reps to empower them to create their own campaigns a.k.a. Flows. With all the different actions that are available, Flows can be customized according to the reps' needs. With the Salesforce integration, new business reps can customize Flows for all their new leads that gets assigned to them. Renewal reps can set up Flows to remind their customers of their contract renewal 30-60-90 days before the deadline. So essentially, reps can set it and forget it!
