Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove on our Sales and BDR teams for sales engagement. It allows us to create flows with email and call steps to engage prospects and see how those prospects interacted with our emails. It syncs activity back to Salesforce so that we are able to track all outreach and keep good notes.
- Integration with Salesforce and Gmail - no additional database is required, very easy to set up.
- Easy to use.
- Support is quick and easy - they have a chat feature within the Groove app and typically respond within 5 minutes.
- Prospects time zone functionality - can't manually change the time zone.
- Sending one-off emails to a prospect from Salesforce - the only option is to add them to a flow.
- Send a single email to a group of individuals - have to add them to a flow.
- Sharing flows and templates across the team requires each user to give sharing permission. Even as an admin I can't see all flows and templates unless they are shared.
- Email tracking
- Salesforce integration
- Flows/cadences
- Dialer
- Increased productivity
- Less expensive that our previous solution
I would say each BDR saves at least 10 hours a week if they instead had to perform all of their tasks manually.
- SalesLoft, Outreach and HubSpot CRM
We liked that Groove was optimized for Salesforce and Gmail users. We did not have to maintain a separate database like you do for SalesLoft and Outreach and therefore setup was very simple. No mapping of fields back to Salesforce is required, as all of your Salesforce fields are visible in Groove. We also loved the calendar integration and that you can include Salesforce fields on the calendar invite in Google Calendar so that the reps don't have to go into Salesforce to update them.
