Overall Satisfaction with Groove
In our bank we have different business requirement from
different business lines, user can set up “flows” for activities, allowing for
follow-ups and multiple customer touch-points (and by scheduling based on
dates). User can set a number to match the area code of the customer you are
calling - hoping for a better chance that they actually answer the call. It’s
extremely easy as it is tied to both Outlook and Salesforce- and it tracks all
“outbound” emails and calls (no internal emails) and last one was to add
multiple attendees in our CRM system from event or meeting. All the requirements
were fulfilled by Groove product out of the box functionality or custom
developed component. We are highly satisfied with the product and product
support team so far for their continuous support.

- Excellent integration capability with Salesforce CRM System
- The product met our Outlook requirements very well
- It also fulfilled our customer calling data integration functionality from commercial finance department
- We just started using the product. So the product was not explored much to fulfill our business needs, but so far all the requirements are fulfilled by this product. As we go along with the implementation and users will start using it we can add additional comment on our dislikes.
