Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove has been integrated with our company Gmail domain. It's being used across all regions globally. Normally it's being used by sales, marketing, training departments for quick outreach activities. There are a lot of business challenges that Groove addresses like:

1. Conducting an event invitation/ campaign for the entire users base of a particular region/territory within a quick time.
2. Running or sending flows to all the old in-process/ open leads contacts, helps which is otherwise a challenge.
3. Getting clear statistics and notifications for the views of the flows run and putting business strategies accordingly.
  • Creating quick email flows for reach out to large contacts and users.
  • Scheduling the initial & follow-up campaign and you don't have to bother as it triggers as per the scheduled date and time.
  • Pulling up of contact list from SFDC or can be uploaded directly through CSV file.
  • Getting a detail statistics & view of the users/contacts email opening etc.
  • Dashboard can be refined more in terms of active flows showing first, etc.
  • When Groove pulls contacts from Salesforce, maybe that window/the options can be improved upon more and can be customized as I require, but it doesn't happen.
  • Bounced emails should be removed automatically from the flow.
  • Creating flow.
  • Analytics of open/clicked emails.
  • Customised templates.
  • Reduction of additional manpower, now large campaigns can be done by individual salespeople.
  • Customer engagement and relationship.
  • Helps in reaching out old leads and thereby revenue optimization.
I have already mentioned most of the advantages and features that it helps for business. During this pandemic and COVID time from last year, its use has been manifold increased in terms of reach out campaigns/conduction of webinars/invitations, etc. The same advantages I have found from other sales teams members and the way they used this for maximizing their business goals.
Yes, and surely Groove all automated features it helps to save time in man-hours. I feel in a week of 5 days it saves a minimum of 7-9 hrs.
I have not used any other similar tools before.

1. Quick reach out to activities by creating a campaign for some webinar/event within no time.
2. Wishing or greetings sending to large user list.

Less appropriate - apart from large mass reach-out activities, Groove is not appropriate for specific 1:1 emails or other matters.
