Overall Satisfaction with Groove

The whole organization uses it, particularly sales and outreach teams. Greatly cuts down on formatting and email send times, as well as increasing visibility of pipeline & communication flow.

Some bugs in the calling platform that make it challenging to call to other countries - particularly have a difficult time with calling the Philippines.
I think Groove has saved me 30-50% of the time I would take a week to craft emails, easily 6-9 hours per week.
Groove far exceeds my expectations as a sales accelerator platform, and the increased features and wonderful newsletter they include each week remind me that it's a platform made by sales professionals, for sales professionals. It feels more like a community than a product.

Less appropriate for marketing or much wider outreach (+500 emails/day).
