Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is being used across the organization [Customer Success, Account Development, Sales, Alliances]. For the entire group, we trust Groove to be able to log and track email activity to prospects. Through the Omni-bar that Groove provides, this makes it easy to update contact, lead, opportunity, and account records without having to go into SFDC directly.
  • Email tracking & logging into SFDC.
  • Ease of use within the platform for the Account Development Team.
  • Setting up Global Automation rules that will follow our processes while saving time and effort.
  • Calendar integration when creating Flows (I believe this is getting updated in Q4).
  • Groove Calendar integration for booking meetings.
  • Groove Flows for the ADR Team.
  • Templates are important to understand what is working and what is not working.
  • Increased productivity of the ADR Team.
  • Improved our SFDC hygiene and allowed us to be more predictable in our sales efforts.
I've used several sales engagement platforms prior and Groove stands out as a 10 based on its overall functionality and ease of use.
Groove is no. 1 for me as it allows ADRs to have what they need to be successful as well as the rest of the GTM team to have the necessary capabilities of Groove to be successful as well.

Groove is great for being able to track and log emails to your CRM across all over your GTM Teams. For ADRs/SDRs/BDRs my team switched from Salesloft to Groove and mentioned constantly how much easier it is to use and how it doesn't feel as 'clunky'. The ability to book net new meetings and follow-up meetings in Groove is seamless and makes it very easy for anyone to find a time with any and all guests who need to attend.
