Groove is being used across the organization [Customer Success, Account Development, Sales, Alliances]. For the entire group, we trust Groove to be able to log and track email activity to prospects. Through the Omni-bar that Groove provides, this makes it easy to update contact, lead, opportunity, and account records without having to go into SFDC directly.

- Email tracking & logging into SFDC.
- Ease of use within the platform for the Account Development Team.
- Setting up Global Automation rules that will follow our processes while saving time and effort.
Cons
- Calendar integration when creating Flows (I believe this is getting updated in Q4).
- Groove Calendar integration for booking meetings.
- Groove Flows for the ADR Team.
- Templates are important to understand what is working and what is not working.
- Increased productivity of the ADR Team.
- Improved our SFDC hygiene and allowed us to be more predictable in our sales efforts.
