Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove helps us reach out by email to our clients and prospects easier and faster than by regular email. It also helps us with metrics and to have better visibility of how our clients and prospects react to our communications, it is a better way to engage with them, keep them informed and track their processes.

Groove has helped us save time by letting us be able to schedule follow-up emails from the beginning and helping us to have the metrics of each opportunity/lead. It also helps us to have an order and a structure in terms of communication.

I believe sales teams and marketing areas will be the ones taking the most advantage of this application. Teams are able to save time and reach the most people through this application while marketing areas can keep track of each individual. Both areas can be following up with each individual as well through the sales process just by scheduling the needed communications from the beginning.
