Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is amazing because you have all the data analytics right at the tips of your fingertips. I use Groove to fix the problems that come up with Salesforce. For my job, I am constantly emailing, calling, and prospecting new logo leads. Groove makes it so easy to determine who would be a good lead based off email opens, hot lists, and analytics. Everyday I find a new thing I love about Groove.

I believe Groove is sooo easy to use because everything is layed out easilly to see on the platform. There are resources available including 1 pagers, trainings, and customer support. That helps training become easy to navigate when the platform is so large. To this day, I don't know everything about Groove but Im constantly learning new ways to become more efficient and new features in Groove. Just yesterday I found out about Groove's voicemail drop feature. I already started training my team on it with the 1 pagers and video trainings available.
I hate Zoominfo with a passion from my experience. Maybe I'm biased towards Groove but I feel like Groove is so much easier to use compared to Zoominfo sales OS.

In my job, I am considered the Groove GURU because I am constantly training other employees how to use Groove effectively for our roles. Groove is perfect for streamlining daily contact and account prospecting. Uploading contacts and accounts directly from Salesforce is a huge plus and showing the analytics behind calls, emails, and flows is absolutely the best thing about Groove. I believe our company under utilizes Groove because most employees don't know how/why to use Groove. In my line of work, Groove is the most appropriate tool to use because its the most efficient.
