Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Import contacts and leads from Salesforce into Groove so we can call, email, and connect on LinkedIn. We use it to track activity across our team. Also used to track which contacts or leads open and reply to emails as well as link clicks within the email. When we call from Groove it gets tracked in Salesforce as well. I use the Groove scheduler in my emails so people I reach out to have an easier way to schedule meetings.

I would give it a 10/10 because it's pretty user friendly. I came from using another tool that's similar to Groove (having no Groove experience) and was able to easily start using Groove. It much easier to track flows (cadences), people in your flows, emails send and calls. Much better user experience.
I was not the one who selected Groove, however, I would have selected Groove over Salesloft because the user interface is much easier - Groove is more user friendly. The home page is not nearly as chaotic (in my opinion) as Salesloft. It's also much easier to navigate Groove

For what I do on a day to day basis, Groove is perfect. Someone who does a lot of outreach via email, calls, and LinkedIn. Someone who wants to reach out to specific prospects for specific areas - for example: if I am working on a project that specific to trees and one specific to grass, I can set up two separate flows, one that has all my templates for trees and one that has all my templates for grass. I can then add my tree people to my tree flow and my grass people to my grass flow.
