Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru stores our processes and other important information. It is used as an easy-access platform to keep our processes up to date.
  • Organizing information.
  • Regular verification checks.
  • There are various ways to view the stored information.
  • Easy search bar.
  • Downloading to pdf - often crashes.
  • Quick add cards would be easier.
  • Different fonts please!
  • Search bar.
  • Download to pdf.
  • Verification notifications.
  • Improved direction when onboarding.
  • Less time spent asking others how to complete tasks.
  • Substantially fewer errors when following processes documented in Guru.
I actually haven't used any others. I was introduced to Guru at my old job, and haven't ever tried anything else because it was perfect.

It is so handy for inducting new staff and implementing processes. Each time a new staff member comes on board, we refer to the cards we have to teach them our processes. I don't believe it would be suited for any of our physical work on a construction site, but more so for in-office processes.
