Overall Satisfaction with Guru
We use Guru as a knowledge base and as our content library. This is where we store our processes, templates etc.
- Ability to update procedures
- Reminders to update Guru cards
- Ability to categorize information easily
- Positive impact- less time spent looking for documents
- Positive impact- ability to update as the business evolves
- Positive impact- everything is stored in one place
