Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We use Guru to be our single source of truth. We have too many issues with conflicting information. So, we purchased and are implementing Guru to house all processes, policies, training, onboarding, etc., so they can be easy to find. We also use it for our support team to reference when helping customers so they provide correct information.

  • Flexible formatting in cards.
  • AI search makes it easy to find answers quickly.
  • The initial dashboard could be better - rather than recommended cards, have saved cards there for quick reference.

  • Groups and permissions access.
  • Bulk actions.
  • We are saving time on searching for information.

  • Easier and faster employee onboarding.

It is the perfect tool for centralizing information. It really is useful for new employee onboarding because it can be self-paced. We document all our training session recordings and materials in Guru for reference and new hires. Lastly, I really like the announcement feature that allows you to track who has read it and who hasn't.
