We even managers use Guru as our guide to provide exceptional service to our customers/clients. We're using this tool on a daily basis. It made our daily tasks/routine convenient. - Every time there's a new update on our company when it comes to customer service experience, we always use GURU to disseminate information to our team members. Also, this software serves as our knowledge base software, which our team members use to easily find the information they need to provide exceptional service to our customers. Even as Project managers, Guru made our tasks on a daily basis easier than unusual.

We can efficiently use available resources by scheduling them on Resource Guru for the successful completion of a project. We can check resource, project, and client-wise reports to see statistics. Sometimes, it feels like we are micromanaging things that can have a negative impact on the overall team; they can integrate with advanced communication tools like Teams and Zoom to make things easy. Here are the most important features of GURU: - We can manage events with color combination - User Interface is good - And we can keep accurate track of available resources.
