Overall Satisfaction with Guru
I use Guru to find information; different cards relate to specific situations and I use them as reference
Pros
- AI generates pretty quickly and answers questions efficiently.
- Annoucements keep us updated with changes to better assist our customers
- Having the ability to save cards and have them in a specific place for reference is a super great tool
Cons
- Sometimes AI is incorrect, so more algorithm training
- Adding a spot to create your own playlist (audio reader)
- I'm unsure on this area, that's not my department
seems to be more user-friendly/up-to-date so overall more functional for our companys goals and values
