Overall Satisfaction with Heap

Whole organization uses Heap. It helps us to track usage and funnels for drop offs in feature flows. Heap has been very useful to help us make decisions and save our customers a lot of headache.

It is a lot to understand for someone who does data part-time, like a PM, if your org is already quite big but not big enough to have a dedicated data team.
Works great.
Heap is better than Devart.

Heap is well suited for an organization that’s new or hasn’t done a lot of tracking within their applications before. I would see it being difficult to use it to replace and existing solution.
