Overall Satisfaction with Heap
It's used for many things including A/B test tracking, marketing success, strategic partnerships, user utilization, new product launches and more. The data department works mostly with creating reports and then distributing or presenting to the required business area. The main thing we use it for is better user identification along with certain events. For example, who is clicking somewhere, when do they do it, and does it lead to a sale.
- User identification.
- Funnel views with conversions.
- Filtering of Internal Traffic.
- Support response time and solutions.
- Exporting data.
- More integrations.
- Spurred new website design which cause more conversions and revenue.
- Proved revenue owed to a strategic partner.
- Discussed in monthly product meetings to discuss changes and additions.
I prefer Heap. It's easier and more intuitive to use, also able to display data in a better way.
