We use Hootsuite in the Marketing Department and it helps us in posting messages, monitoring business opportunities, and actively listening to the sentiment of our services in the sector. It is an interesting tool that allows you to connect several team members to manage multiple profile accounts on social networks.

We chose Hootsuite because it was one of the first professional platforms on the market in 2009, we liked its versatility, ease of use, and affordable prices. The others mentioned were more expensive and in some cases more geared towards agency reselling or just for large organizations. In addition, many of them allowed partial functionalities, the only one that was more similar and had a fairly professional level was Sprout Social.
