We chose Hootsuite because it was one of the first professional platforms on the market in 2009, we liked its versatility, ease of use, and affordable prices. The others mentioned were more expensive and in some cases more geared towards agency reselling or just for large organizations. In addition, many of them allowed partial functionalities, the only one that was more similar and had a fairly professional level was Sprout Social.
In recent years the quality of support and customer service has dropped a lot, but if you send inquiries through their surprise service, they usually answer with some agility. I think there are fewer people but the attention of those who respond is good, they are professionals who know the platform.

It is a tool that adapts very well to different business scenarios, is very scalable, and is useful for companies with a social media department of one or two people, and it also allows a lot of professional management in large teams. For the small ones, they can help to control the publication and easier monitoring. In large companies, it is very useful to control the work of internal communication and performance monitoring of social profiles.
