Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

We used Hootsuite to schedule and post social media content for our clients. This was a really convenient way to mass schedule and send out a lot of content that would have otherwise taken hours to do individually.
  • Easy to schedule posts.
  • Easy to monitor DMs and notifications.
  • Pricing is way to expensive for businesses
  • Before they drastically rose their prices, it helped us greatly reduce overhead and made it really efficient for us to post content for our clients.
  • It also helped us easily monitor our clients' notifications and message feeds.
Hootsuite is way too expensive for a large number of accounts. It's fine if it's just for you.
They were quick to respond and explain changes.

Hootsuite is great for individuals who only need to post to 3 networks. Any more than that becomes too expensive to justify unless you're constantly pushing out content.
