I cannot think of any. Our industry is hospice and the subject is a tough one to put on social. Using Hootsuite increases productivity. It allows me as a social media strategist to be able to use my time to create powerful messages instead of guessing what times are better for posting. Easier A/B testing too!

Sure, it costs money. But you save on employee productivity! A++++ rating, ROI worthy!
