Our biggest pain point was investing time into social media. Hootsuite halved the amount of time it took us to plan, schedule and report on our social media efforts. To halve the amount of time means more employee resources elsewhere in the business, so we consider this to be very successful
Having all social media features in the one place really allowed us to delegate roles and responsibilities internally with the assignments feature. Saved replies saved us time and also ensured our responses were always on brand for the customer.
