Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We need a way to schedule social media posts quickly and across multiple platforms. We only use the scheduling portion of Hootsuite.
Pros
- Easy to post
- Quick feedback on whether the post will post on the specific platforms
- ability to see what is scheduled and when, quickly
Cons
- we honestly only use the scheduling part and it works great
- really, we just use the scheduling part and there's no issue for us
- We do wish it were less expensive for a small non-profit like we are, and we know we could switch to meta for free, but Hootsuite is easier to use
- saves us time
- we don't monitor anything, we just schedule posts
- we only use Hootsuite to schedule posts
I am the one person doing all of the social media for our non-profit, as a volunteer, Hootsuite makes that possible
I hadn't thought about it, I guess I could switch to meta instead of paying to use Hootsuite
