Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

I use Hootsuite mainly for content scheduling. Hootsuite helps keep our content organized and it's helpful to see everything laid out in a content calendar. We're a local organization of about 12-24 people, but we serve a whole county. I think we could be better about using more of Hootsuite's analytics features.

  • This has been a great tool to keep the scheduling all in one place. We have an org with a lot of people volunteering and working, and this helps to see everything all in one place
I feel like Hootsuite is fairly user-friendly. Having used HS for a big brand versus now, a smaller organization, I realized that it helps having someone who's knowledgable with all of the tools. In my bigger brand, we had someone specifically working on analytics, who kept it very organized and easy to use. I feel like now being dropped into a smaller org where no one is particularly tech or social-savvy, I'm having a hard time getting my bearings and getting the tools set up in a way that I'm familiar with and that would be most helpful to me.
I feel like we handle most of the community management in Meta Business Suite or natively in platform, but I feel like Hootsuite is particularly helpful for scheduling across channels. I think in that sense, it has helped us reach our audience better by suggesting best times to post when our audiences are most likely to see our content.
I believe Hootsuite is very user-friendly. Not to say the others aren't, but I feel like HS is fairly easy to hit the ground running on content management. I have found Hootsuite's suggestions on content and best times to post are much better than its competitors. I feel like Hootsuite offers a range of options from small organizations to big brands.

I think Hootsuite is well-suited for my purposes as a content creator. It helps keep me scheduled and organized. Even if I don't use the Owly AI, I like the national day suggestions on the content calendar and the suggested times to post. I feel like those times are spot on and greatly increase our reach.
