Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

We use Hootsuite to advertise for our residential rental properties and promote our company as well. Hootsuite is great for targeting locals and the surround area that are looking for rental properties. This software is commonly used by the middle age demographic that we are aiming for as renters. The marketing department typically uses the software to advertise daily. It is great for promoting and advertising our business.

  • We have had numerous clients discover our company through this website.
  • About 20% of our incoming calls are from people seeing our ads on Hootsuite.
We typically use Kijiji as well for posting ads, however there is a limited number of ads you're able to post without having the buy the full version. Hootsuite allows us to post more free ads, more often.
Hootsuite free is great for private renters to promote their own properties & not have to deplete their funds on advertising.

1 - The sales people typically use Hootsuite to manage their social media platforms. They like that they are able to navigate across multiple platforms on one application making the effort minimal. The dashboard allows your to view all your most used platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn for easy navigation, you can access them at a glance.
10 - The type of people that find hootsuite useful are the business oriented individuals that do not have much time to manage their social media and are more geared to using these platforms to provide relevant and current presence online. For people that are moderately tech savvy, this is more manageable and affordable than hiring an external company to manage your profiles and social media involvement for you.

I give this rating because my generation is quite experienced with technology and social media platforms. This allows me to quickly learn how to use and navigate new apps with similar concepts. At this time I find it palpable to manage my social media presence without having to have additional software. But in the future, once I become more busy, I would recommend this product.

It is easy to learn how to use this tool and as your business grows you will be glad you found ways to create efficiencies within your business.

As a company exploring a new software program as a team, there can be many questions. Hootsuites help centre allows online chat for instant assistance. For some of the plans they offer 24/7 telephone assistance for a more hands on, more detailed help experience. Our representative was very responsive and stayed in touch with our office consistently to ensure our issues were expedited and all questions were answered so we could utilize the tool better for the future.
