Support Headcount Required

2 - We have one social media manager in house and primarily that's his job to work with Hootsuite. Also, our Marketing Lead is looking into Hootsuite on a regular basis with the purpose to understand what type of content is most engaging.

Support Headcount Required

We don't have anyone in true support roles because this product is so easy to use. It's very easy to train employees on how to use it and Hootsuite offers a support team that we can contact if we have issues that need resolving quickly.

Support Headcount Required

1 - Basic computing skills are necessary. The staff person who supports it is responsible for managing permissions, adding social channels and answering questions about how to use the tool. It is a very easy process that is not time consuming.

Support Headcount Required

2 - We have two people who support Hootsuite in our organization. I am a social media consultant for the organization, and the other person is a social media specialist level 2.
I have eight years of experience with social media and have used Hootsuite free, pro and enterprise. I have also used other platforms including Sprout Social, TweetDeck, SocialBro, Buffer and many others. Hootsuite Enterprise is by far the most comprehensive. Additionally, the training materials and support are exceptional. My background includes community management, strategy development, implementation, monitoring as well as training and education on variety of social media channels.

Even a basic understanding of social media platforms' individual specific details is not important as most of them are basically self-explanatory. HootSuite does a reasonable job conveying that ease while trying to add (but not much succeeding) some cross-platform and platform-specific functionality. Basically, anyone can use it with neither delay nor training.

2 - These are the analysts experienced in online monitoring and analytics solutions, and are the main internal system experts. But it should be said that there is no strong need for internal support during general usage.
