Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot
HubSpot makes the marketing effort of our website, blogging, social media, and email marketing seamless. Two friends recommended HubSpot. They told me it would change my world. For a company 60 years old, moving to a modern marketing method and an old guy like me seemed a little daunting. It has been utterly fantastic. I don't do everything HubSpot suggests and still see my results increase by 25-10% year over year.
Pros
- Customer service is awesome
- My account rep, Catyn, is very helpful.
- Continuing update and improvements
Cons
- The world is changing so fast and there needs to be a balance sharing new info. However, the info is there and not force fed.
- My leads are now 70% internet driven compared to the old referral network. The ability to see all the potential lead has viewed makes my sales process move forward faster. HubSpot also allows me to disqualify my anti-client that I don't need to sell to.
