Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

Our company uses HubSpot to capture leads, create landing pages and offers, organize clientele, generate reports, schedule out social media, etc. My role in usage of the HubSpot platform is to schedule social media for our company.
  • I've found that since I have started using HubSpot for our company's social media our engagement and follower count has increased.
  • HubSpot is a great way to keep everything inbound organized and in one place.
  • It takes a little getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing.

HubSpot is way better than HootSuite in the fact that scheduling social media has become so much easier for me. I like the fact that if I schedule a photo for a social post, my readers don't get redirected to an owl.y page. This saves me time in that I don't have to (usually) post photos live to the networks I manage. I also like the fact that you can schedule to the minute, rather than every five minutes like HootSuite requires. I have also found that Buffer would quite often glitch on me and that the timeline of what you have posted for social is less confusing in HubSpot.
