Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

Books Tell You Why, Inc. uses Hubspot for its Marketing Automation, e.g., content marketing activities, email management, customer segmentation based on digital body language as well as our Customer Relationship Management, CRM. HubSpot significantly improved our ability to attract visitors and convert them into loyal supporters and customers.

  • Facilitation and support in the generation of content that is relevant to our readers.
  • Will-not-let-you-fail support organization.
  • HubSpot's background, as most Marketing Automation Platforms, is B2B. While we, as an eCommerce platform, can work with most concepts rather successfully, there are B2C specific challenges that HubSpot is still to address, e.g., nurturing of repeat business customers, loyalty schemes
  • I wish analytics were stronger and more customizable.
  • additional email management functionalities, e.g., send time and frequency optimization based on previously demonstrated opening behaviors, etc.
  • Significant growth of visitors from natural search.
  • Significantly increased lead generation as well as eCommerce conversion
  • facilitation of faster and better, more personalized customer interactions
Hubspot is a great solution for micro/small and midsized companies who are determined to grow. HubSpot comes with "growth built in", built into the product and built into the way the entire organization supports its customers.

Using HubSpot

We have yet to see a product that comes close to the HubSpot product and a will-not-let-you-fail organizational support from junior support staff all the way to CEO Brian Halligan and seemingly everyone in between.

HubSpot Implementation

We had HubSpot up and running and connected with our existing systems in less than a week. As seemless as we could hope for.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled

  • discipline to generate content on a regular and increasing basis.
