Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is being used at every touchpoint with our clients. All the information is stored in one place, and you can easily interact with your colleagues to make sure things are not forgotten and being done. We especially like the reporting, which allows us to see what touchpoints are valuable and which are not. Like this, we can change our ways of working to have a better impact.
- Reporting
- Task management
- Some minor things like multiple email addresses per customer.
- Increased sales rep adoption.
- More interactions with prospects.
Currently, we only use HubSpot for sales initiatives. Marketing is something that we will look at later this year.
