Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to import our clients and sales. It allows us to have control over the initial points of contact and follow the sale the entire way through delivery and beyond if troubleshooting occurs years later. This platform allows us to create tickets, reports, and everything in between. It has allowed us to automate certain aspects of our business and run more efficiently. We love the email and phone call logging features as well.

Our email blasts from marketing have allowed us to see exactly where our sales are coming from and what audiences we are targeting. Our sales people can see who is interested by the openings and clicks within an email and target their sales approaches based off of this information. It truly does it all.
HubSpot offers so many more features over Zoho. It far exceeds what Zoho was capable of and does it far better. The integrations are amazing and the automation makes our lives so much easier in the long run. Zoho wasn’t very user-friendly where I truly believe HubSpot is. Zoho required patience and lots of training.
