Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We're using HubSpot CRM for our marketing initiatives. All of the leads that we generate are stored within the CRM and then we run campaigns based on different criteria. Once leads either raise their hand and become MQLs or hit a lead score threshold and are elevated to an MQL, they are included in an Inclusion list that syncs them to Salesforce where our sales team works out.
- Great filters - you can easily drill down into your data
- User interface - easy to navigate and find what you need
- Easy to organize - we have a lot going on, so we need to stay organized
- Some of the tracking can be frustrating because it'll just default to "Offline Sources"
- Syncing from HubSpot to Salesforce can be slow which affects our speed to lead i.e. time to contact by our sales reps
- Searching for contacts on the search bar could be easier
- Increased lead visibility
- Increased MQL generation through workflows and lead scoring
- Improved analytical abilities because of workflows/native tracking
It's a bit more expensive than others I've used (besides Salesforce), but not by much. And with that extra cost comes miles more of functionality and customization.
