Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM for all our outbound calls to buyers and sellers, the recorded call feature allows us to drop in and pick up where the previous sales rep left off in the event that they need help.
  • The recorded call feature is great!
  • We also like utilizing the shared document feature that allows us to put the various internal documents that we use daily to close deals.
  • The HubSpot team is quick to answer any questions whenever something surfaces up
  • Inbound calls would be a great feature.
  • HubSpot CRM is very cost effective in comparison to other programs that are similar.
HubSpot CRM offers basically the same tools as other CRM's we used in the past and is half the price we are paying. There wasn't very much of a learning curve as well.
HubSpot CRM offers all the same features as Salesforce however Hubspot is easier to navigate and cost less.

HubSpot CRM is great for any sales environment; real estate, healthcare, auto, etc. the tasks, call recording, and meeting feature are great tools to keep any sales rep organized and on top of any deal that they are working on closing.
